To beat summer, first prioritize in staying hydrated, prefer wearing loose fitted clothes and light shaded clothes, try to stay at home rather than going outside at peak hottest time of the day and try to eat light meals.

Stay Hydrated:
water will be your best friend during summer, drink frequently if you don't feel thirsty also why because during summer your body looses temperature fastly and also by staying hydrated it prevents headaches, fatigue and heat stroke. you can also have:
- Coconut water for electrolytes.
- fresh fruit juices
- water rich content fruits watermelon, ice-apple, cucumbers.
Try to be in shade:
when sun is in peak temperature, try to reach out to shade yourself. plan your outdoor activities in early morning or late evenings. if you need to go outside you can adopt some tips:
- wear sunglasses and wide head caps.
- carry your umbrella or seek out for shades of tree.
- wear loose fitted clothes and light shaded clothes.
- wear cotton material or linen material so that you can breathe easily.
Cooling down your body temperature:
if you drenched in sweat and feeling thirsty and your mouth becomes dry then its a key point to cool down your body temperature. you can cool down by:
- always carry spray bottle in your bag during summer, if you drenched out try to spray on your face and neck you will feel better and can breathe lightly.
- if you are doing working from home at that time if you feel your body temperature is increasing due to summer use damp towel it will help you to decrease. All the time AC is not good for your health.

keep your home comfortable without using Ac Frequently:
- keep doors and windows closed with curtain or blinds during day so that it decreases temperature within home.
